1. Definitions

• "Provider" - FlyVietnam.Help, operated by BestPrice Travel (License No: 01-1794/2022/SDL-GPLHND)
• "Client" - Individual or company making a booking and conducting payment
• "Services" - Vietnam Tours, Airport Fast Track, Concierge Services, and Travel Assistance

2. Agreement & Acceptance

FlyVietnam.Help is operated by BestPrice Travel, a licensed tour operator and travel concierge service company. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and/or completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

• You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

4. Tour Booking Terms

• Reservations confirmed upon deposit payment
• Full payment required before departure
• Itineraries subject to change due to weather/local conditions
• Minimum group sizes may apply
• Meeting times and locations will be provided in confirmation emails
• Clients must bring valid identification for all tour activities

5. Airport Fast Track Service Terms

• Service confirmation sent 24 hours before arrival
• Client must provide accurate flight details
• No-show policy: No refund for missed services
• Service available at Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang airports
• Please notify us immediately in case of flight delays or cancellations
• Our representative will meet you at the arrival gate with a name sign

7. Payment Terms

• Deposit: 30% deposit required to confirm bookings
• Final Balance: Due before travel dates
• Credit Card Payments: Processed via OnePay with 3% service fee
• Bank Transfers: Accepted in multiple currencies

You shall pay for all bank charges, exchange rate differences, currency adjustments, transaction fees and other such charges incurred by your bank or financial institution(s) throughout the payment process.

The company is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Delays or accidents
• Natural disasters
• Political events
• Force majeure situations
• Flight cancellations or delays
• Incorrect information provided by client

10. Children Rates

• Under 4 years: Free (except flights)
• Ages 4-11: 50-90% of adult rate depending on bedding arrangements
• 11+ years: Adult rate applies

11. Price Guarantee

If you find the same hotel room, cruise cabin, or tour service with identical booking conditions at a lower publicly available rate on another website within 24 hours of your booking or before payment, we will match the difference.

12. Quality & Money-Back Guarantees

Fair solutions are offered for unmet quality standards.

Note: This excludes third-party service provider changes beyond our operational control.

13. General

These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between us.

FlyVietnam.Help reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice, and your access to the site will be considered acceptance of this agreement.

Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be governed by Vietnamese Law, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
