At FlyVietnam.Help, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for our tour packages and airport services.
1. Tour Package Cancellations (3+ Days)

| 15-29 days | 50% penalty |
| 7-14 days | 70% penalty |
| Under 7 days / No-show | 100% penalty |
2. Halong Bay Cruise Cancellations

3. Mekong River Cruise Cancellations

| 90+ days | 30% of cruise price |
| 60-89 days | 50% charge |
| 30-59 days | 75% charge |
| Under 30 days | 100% charge |
4. Day Trip & Activity Cancellations
- 48+ hours before: Full refund
- 24-48 hours: 50% refund
- Under 24 hours / No-show: No refund
- Weather cancellation by operator: Full refund or reschedule
5. Airport Fast Track Service Cancellations
- 24+ hours before arrival: Full refund
- Under 24 hours: No refund
- No-show at airport: No refund
- Flight cancelled/delayed: Full refund with proof
6. Private Transfer Cancellations
- 24+ hours before: Full refund
- 12-24 hours: 50% refund
- Under 12 hours / No-show: No refund
7. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds are NOT available when:
- You fail to show up for a booked service
- You change travel plans after services are confirmed
- You provide incorrect information (wrong dates, times, locations)
- Services were successfully delivered as booked
- Delays caused by you (late to meeting point, forgotten documents, etc.)
8. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us via email at info@flyvietnam.help or WhatsApp.
- Provide your booking confirmation number and reason for cancellation.
- We will review your request within 24-48 hours.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
